You can access your own feed, the most popular posts, your liked post, profiles and search for users and specific tags.

To refresh the Freed click on the Home Tab

To get the featured/most popular posts click on the star

To browse the photos and videos you have liked click on the heart tab

To see your own media click on the profile tab

If you want to make a search (tag or user) click on the magnifying glass.
